Nicky Bourouisa
Registered manager
Nicky has worked in the Health and Social Care Sector since 2004, starting as a Care Assistant and working her way through to management while completing the requisite qualifications. She has experience in leading teams to ensure a high standard of care is delivered and believes person-centered care should always remain at the forefront of the service
Dominik Brygida
Deputy manager
Dominik began his care career at Westcliff Lodge 14 years ago and has since built valuable experience across Agency Care, the Salvation Army, and the NHS. He returned to the Home in August 2025 and quickly progressed into the role of Deputy Manager. He is passionate about making positive changes that help Residents and support high-quality care.
Dr. Jennifer Smith

Jenny has over 40 years of experience in all aspects of the Care of Older People and has maintained principal responsibility of Westcliff Lodge Care Home since 1991.
