Latest CQC Inspection Report
- Westcliff Lodge was rated GOOD by CQC during their latest inspection of our Care Service.
- This took place in January 2026, and the report was published in February 2026.
- The assessment followed the previous inspection in May 2025 and found improvements had been made.
"The culture had improved at the service with the provider and registered manager taking measures to improve governance and oversight."
"Care was planned in a person-centred way to support people's wellbeing and engagement with social activities."
"Care and treatment was planned and delivered in a way which was intended to ensure people's safety and welfare."
"People were supported to have maximum choice and control of their lives and staff supported them in the least restrictive way possible and in their best interests; the policies and systems in the service supported this practice."
